The old scott genius had a pull shock.
Basically he's demonstrating (quite well) the difference a poorly set up shock (in this case, rebound far too fast) can cause.

Was an amazing bike, but it's a bugger getting the shock serviced. Mines recently been retired.
Personally I'm waiting for Bose to bring out a version of their car suspension for bikes. 🙂
