Suggest me some improvements or places to stop off at.

We are on road touring bikes, with one of group very nervous of any main roads, or being on anything more than forest road, and not likely to do huge distance partly through fitness, partly as we are driving up Saturday AM and home Sunday PM.....

Accommodation is booked at Loch Meikle. Start could be anywhere.

Day 2 - not sure about the 'unique' café from some of the reviews...

Current bare bones plan:
Day 1 - https://www.komoot.com/tour/842083007
Day 2 - https://www.komoot.com/tour/842100040

You NEED to visit the cafe at Abriachan!!

That road from Loch Miekle isn't the best for sightlines. I've ridden it without any problems but I can see how it might not be as comfortable for some.

The climb out of Drum is a steep one. Fine if you taker your time I guess.

I'd be tempted to start/finish at Muir of Ord rather than Beauly. Just because that's where the Bad Girl Bakery is.

Rather than heading north, how about crossing over to the Affric-Kintail Way to Cannich then to Dog Falls and the viewpoint over Loch Beinn a Mheadhoin? Retuen via Tomich and back along the AKW.

Definitely the cafe at Abriachan! It( or its proprietor)is beyond eccentric.
