Hi
Can anyone recommend a good book to start learning about basic fitness for a beginner?
I ride MTB/enduro/xc but suppose it doesn't even have to be specific about bikes for the level I am starting from 🙂
Interested in lung capacity, heart, muscle groups, recovery, routines etc
