Hello all

I'm after a bit of advice. I'm currently building up a Focus Raven XC frame. Focus spec the Raven with full internal cable routing and this is the first time I'm building a bike with full internal routing. The shifter uses a cable liner throughout the internal routing and wraps around the outside of the BB shell (pages 7 & 8 from the link below). Is there any reason why I couldn't just (modify the two cable entry points and) run a full length shifter cable? My only thought was that there wouldn't be enough room over the top of the BB but the rear brake cable runs that way with a foam liner (on page 10), albeit on the opposite chain stay. Any thoughts?

Thanks
