Got a kingdom vendetta x2 frame and it's got internal routing, I've got hope brakes. Is it a pain to do? Is it just take it to LBS or is it an easy job?

Also, I've never noticed it before on any bike I've had but there seems to be some really weird details around the BB, holes that I haven't seen before.

Can't speak for your frame but when I did the Shimano hose on my son's bike it was like there was a guide inside the frame that worked if you threaded from one end but not the other so maybe try both ways if the first way doesn't work.

If they're Hope brakes the only other thing I'd be a little cautious about is the potential to spill DOT in the frame.

It's one of those jobs where I'd probably have a go and it would go well or I would lose my mind refusing to cave in and take it to the shop and after losing my cool between 3 and 30 times I'd leave it for a week and come back to it and it would work first time.

If you've got gear cables to do I found putting an inner through first then sliding the outer over it was a shed load easier.

Buy a £10 magnetic cable router (Park Tools knock off) and it’s pretty straightforward. I didn’t initially and wasted hours.

Do you mean the stealth dropper routing?
Where are the holes?

You can do that with brake hose too. Just remember to pull the inner out before you try and connect and bleed them!
