Morning guys, after more tech advice please..
My frame has got internal routing and it's come with plastic hosing pre installed to help install cables.
I'm assuming for the gears I run inner cable through it then remove the plastic and pass the outer over the top of the inner?
What about the dropper post and brake hosing? Do I need to make sure they are completely empty of fluid first? How do.I use the plastic tubing to get hosing through the frame?
Any advice would be most welcome.
I wish I could have back all the hours of my life I've spent doing this stuff.

Exactly

No! Is it a Reverb? Hold the button up so that it's the highest point and carefully unscrew it. Then bung the hose with this...

Then pop it in in the hole and wiggle until you're exhausted.
Thanks, can I use that reverb bung with shimano brakes too?
Erm.. that's not really what the red bit is for! One side is reverse threaded so you use it to join to outer cables or hoses together.
So, if you want to do your reverb and brake without losing connection:
A section of gear inner through the white guide tube
Remove white guide tube
Scrap section of gear outer over inner cable
Remove inner cable
Use red bit to join brake hose or reverb hose to outer cable
Pull hose through frame
Undo red thing
Reconnect your brake lever/reverb remote.
Oil will not drop out of your hose unless you undo the other end.
Read the shimano and rockshox guides for hose shortening before you go ahead.
Oh and if you are fitting old parts make sure the hoses are long enough for your new frame before you bother with the above!
