Stumbled across this website, seems so much better than any other resource I've found online and is currently free and more importantly, advertising free!
The guy appears to be a pHD student, not sure if the blog is part of his course or just his own wee project.
Consists of a few articles/blog updates and some really useful pdf downloads for various workouts/training programmes. All seems very thorough and well researched without being too heavy going.
You have to subscribe to access the downloads but this just means you get an occasional email in the form of another blog update, equally interesting and useful.
Maybe nothing new for the seasoned pros but for the interested amateur it's a great wee site.
