Has anyone got experience of Groupama and their claims settlement.
After 6 bikes stolen they say that theft from a garage is not subject to a claim limit because garage is integral to the house.
Then they change their story and say it does apply!! Amongst other admin errors they have made it does not inspire confidence.
Insurance was taken out via Lloyds.
I'd be interested to hear if others have had good/poor experience with this company.
