I think 8ve heard stories of dogtag being difficult to claim from. Anyone able to confirm or deny first hand?

Had no issues with Dogtag when I snapped my ACL (ski-ing).
Had to pay upfront for the treatment using my credit card (prob the norm?) but claimed it back with no problem.
Used them many times since for both ski-ing and DH mtb.
