Off on my first every visit to Europe mountain biking. It's not going to be downhill just xc/trail type stuff. Any companies who do good cover, who people recommend would be appreciated.
Thanks 🙂

Dog tags cheapest by far for us this year - if you google it, should come up

Just be careful of the small print - The definition of XC is very very vague and probably won't match your definition. We've probed deeper and quizzed a few companies but never managed to get a 100% straight answer. Basically if there is any kind of uplift whatsoever (e.g. one lift or a vehicle dropoff at the start of the day) or you are riding in large / remote mountainous area then they start getting twitchy and non commital.

We only ride "XC" but now use dogtag with the extended cover for downhill (for Alps / Spain / Pyrenees with occasional uplift).

Ive used Snowcard 3 times for a reasonable price. A mate of mine had to use them when he jumped the berms at Les Gets and landed on a kids bike totalling both wheels in the process. They paid out for it as he had reciepts.

Heard some bad things about dogtag being reluctant to pay out, went with snow card this year instead.
