Picked a bargain frame last week, its new and from a well know brand in these parts. Sadly I have 3 others from this certain brand/group and to prevent my eyes going square and the brand loyalist ****-taking from mates I am going to get it powder coated a nice plain classy colour and leave it pretty much plain. Should also draw less attention from the borrowers.
Its going to be a do it all commuter/tourer/shop/pub/fun bike. Good for long trips and hopefully keep the carbon nice bike off the road in winter and the fragile everything worn out cross bike off the road in general!
The question is what colour?
I fancy either:
Royal blue
British racing green
Dark classy red (think port).
Can anyone offer an pics of their steeds or inspiration in general?
Sutra looks great, that and the Cinelli Hobo were the inspiration for this build. Body-coloured guards look nice as well actually.
