Anyhow, I have bought a 2nd hand CC DB inline coil 210 x 50 and I've seen a 450lb valt spring for sale that has come off a 200 X 57 inline coil. Free length of 125.6mm. That's a perfect fit right...?

or...?

Given than your stroke is 50mm and the stroke for the valt spring is 57 you are going to have more than enough free length.

i would check the weight saving as some valt springs hardly save any.

Watch the total length though, make sure the spring can actually fit on the shock
