Are there any or do many 29er forks include the option of spacing so that you get 110mm? Especially interested in Manitou and Rockshox and older models as these seem to be cheaper. And, is it easy to do/buy the right spares for?

Older Rev's and Reba's could be spaced in 10mm increments. New ones need an air shaft swap or machining down.
Fox made plenty in 110mm as standard.
My Reba from 2012 - dual air will go in 10mm increments from 80->110mm.
X Fusion Trace can be reduced down in 10mm increments, I think to 100m and would imagine the same can be done with their Slide model if you want 32mm stanchions rather than 34mm.
