my boss is looking for indicators for his bike. I have no idea where to start.

any ideas?

these are ok but tend to be very close to the centre line of the bike (like some motorbikes) so it may not be immediately obvious which way you're turning.

Are we talking about a road bike?

If so, check out the tacx lumos lights.

I got some for christmas, but haven't tried them out yet.

me too (cheers Sis!).. that are neat the white and read lights are good (visibility wise, but doubt anyone would ever see the indicators as they are dim

I'd gamble that if anything the flashing gloves are the way forward, drivers (if they're looking) are expecting a waved/pointy arm as a cyclists turning signal. More flashing lights on the back of a lit bike may get missed.
