Im looking to make my wheelsets more interchangable between my Nukeproof Mega and Reign ebike. The ebike has a 220/200mm front and rear, the Mega 200/180. Both use post mount, both Rock Shox (Zeb and Lyrik) and SRAM Code/Guide brakes. I have rotors, what do i need in the way of adaptors?

might need some shims to get the rotors in the same place.

Yes. As long as you have a 20 mm adapter, it will space any caliper out 20 mm. 160 mm to 180 mm, 180 to 200, 200 to 220, front or rear, it shouldn't matter.

This might not quite be correct - it depends what is there already. You don't want to be stacking 2 x +20mm adapters on top of each other!

You might have a +20mm adapter on the forks already, in which case you should be able to move that to the rear (assuming there is no adapter on there) and just need a +40 for the front.

Two +20 mm adapters

That would be true of you were just stacking on top of existing adaptors, but not right here.

Zeb has a 200mm post mount, so needs +20 to take a 220mm rotor. Lyrik depending on age is either 160 or 180, so needs +60 or +40 for the same rotor.

Yes, as tomnavman pointed out, it really needs to be an adapter that is 20 mm larger than whatever's currently there.
