Screaming Mile and Derwent Edge into Cable Ridge are my personal favourites.

Ba-Doom-Tish.
Agree - my (limited) experience of the Peak District was disappointing.
Derwent Edge I know, but where's Screaming Mile and Cable Ridge?
The Beast is always fun.
And isn't there some interesting cheek around Ladybower?
screaming mile and cable ridge - are they from whinstone lee tor down below derwent edge to derwent resr?
yeah i know lakes and wales have better trails. but that's hardly the point. the question wasn't what is the best trail in our national parks. I put a geographical boundary on it.... duh!
just wondered if there's owt good there that I haven't ridden in the last 20 years?
