So in wales for a long weekend, did a couple of loops of cwmcarn on Fri, stag activities today, brecfa tomorrow. Then I have Monday to myself. Should I go to the old favorite afan or try out the new bike park? I'm on a Scott scale so thinking a bike park prob isn't the best place to go....maybe even Fod for the verderers but its a bit short. Heading south so that direction. Anywhere else I haven't thought off?

Loads of parking space on a Monday. Do the climb first and any of downs you fancy. Take some cash with you, as if there's space you can jump on the uplift for £4 and try every trail. Sixtapod my fav at the moment.
