Will I get stung for import duty if I buy a set if forks from bike-components.de?
There based in Germany and the value is around £600 depending on which ones I go for.
I've had tires from bike-discount.de before and didn't have to pay the duty but they only came to £50

Cheers

When you bought from bike-discount.de, you did pay the VAT @ 19%, when buying with in the EU, VAT is paid in the source country, and there are no import duty charges in the receiving country.

(to proberts) actual cost, plus 4% duty plus any handling charge (for paying that 4% on your behalf), plus 20% VAT on all of it
