Ghost AMR ,Lapierre Zesty and Lapierre X Flow(the new pendbox jobber ) , back to back .Trying to decide whether any of them should replace my Spicy .Bit lighter albeit less travelAny views at all ?All i've read about X Flow is because it uses Pendbox it's a bit on the lardy size .Guess i'll find out Sunday !
Not tried the other 2 but my mate has a zesty and handles everything he throws at, xc mincing to the fort bill DH track. Great bike, i've ridden it a couple of times and it handles really well. And I ride a 5 so I must know what i'm talking about!! 😉
Not ridden any of them but have taken a shine to the Ghost. Might be demoing one soon. The only issues Ihave is where the cables run under the bb and the press fit bb.
Laps are not on the radar, poor warranty issues, cracking frames, bb issues and advice from an lbs who dumped them for said reasons!
Hmm, my mate has been hammering his zesty for over a year now with none of those issues. Guess he's lucky eh!
My mate who owns a 514 zesty as well, he loves it.
I've ridden it and it is pretty good. They climb really well also - if you like that type of thing.
