Easy - Speed Kings, basically never do what Conti say.

No it's a bit of OCD'ism as in pointy bits (the tread)must be facing forward.

I can beat that...

I put my tyres on so the tyre label is not diametrically opposite the rim label.

and...

my rear quick release lever doesn't bisect the angle of my seat and chain stays.

and...

the cap on top of my headset faces to the left.

Good rule that one which I stick by, I never buy them no matter what their adverts tell me as they're awful tyres. Well I don't like them anyway.

My Spesh Purgatory tyre is on the wrong way round as I put it on backwards when I converted to tubeless & didn't notice until the sealant was in......D'OH!!

So not really a rebel by choice; more by accident.

Put a trailraker on the wrong way around once by mistake and it was so terrible that I stopped in the middle of a muddy field in the pitch black to take it off & switch it back. I went from struggling off the back trying to keep up to getting a breather at every gate propping it open whilst everyone came back to me. Couldn't believe the difference.

On the ocd side I've taken a wheel back apart and rebuilt it when I couldn't live with the label on the hub not pointing exactly towards the valve.
