Good day fellow riders , last week we ventured out up and around Ladybower res , which may I say I found great fun , however my mate came into too much close contact with a few rocks !I was wondering if anyone could suggest a ride of between 20 - 30 miles give or take a few that didn't include "dangerous" descents lol eg rocky downhills as my mate hasn't grasped the art of missing them rocks n not going over the bars !!!
