There's no such thing as an unhealthy meal, just an unhealthy diet.

I'm sure you still need a proportion of your energy to come from fat, carbs and protein, so just work it in to the rest of your daily intake.

Edit - unless it kills you.

I'm iDaving so I make batter with gram flour, egg and tonic water (to give it airiness, beer works well too). I use the rest of the batter to make spinach and onion bhajis instead of chips.

Tomato and brocolli salad. With a bit of feta and tuna.

Oh, you might want to block binners as I'm sure he'll be along with his Friday special lunch of a big ol' kebab washed down with a pint.

Jacket spud with chilli? Except that, along with all the soup suggestions I'm just thinking it's too hot for hot food (if you know whta I mean). I have a chicken salad with a little bit of feta cheese and olives .. yum.

Go with the chish and fips. Just taken the batter off the fish (I know the best bit!) its effectively then just steamed fish.
Plus it is Friday

Today is part 3 of my spicy 4 bean & tomato creation topped with hot smoked salmon & some sugar snap peas.

It's very tasty but some of the fresh chilli’s I cut into it are Nitro power!!

Ferocious wind will be ensuing again this afternoon & evening 😀

It was that bad on Wednesday evenings ride I either had to go way off the front or hang right back.

If I make it to the latter part of Ton's Delamere ride you will probably hear me before you see me 😳
