Hi, misses has a Bizango which suits her well save for the high cross bar. The Bizango is a very traditional double diamond frame and a little bit like a gate. I think she would honestly prefer a step thrpugh! But I wondered if anyone could recommend a 29er frame that has rear rack moumts and a lower cross bar?

Specialized Rockhopper and Trek Xcaliber both have rack mounts as do lots of Cubes.
S/h inbred? Depends on size as on-ones are always long even in the smaller sizes.
Ok, thanks for all the replies. The Bike is a medium, so about 18 inch. My lovely wife is 5'8" but long legged and not so long in the torso.
The Bike discount frames are good but touring bikes and it is a mountain bike that is needed. She has a step thru hybrid that is great for a tow path, but not a trail centre or the Pyrenees.
On one Inbred is a bit too heavy and argicultural for my wife's tastes!
Surly has theounts but not really got a low standover.
Rockhopper XCaliber and Wonder are all sound good.

Just filter the bike-discount site to show MTB frames. Although not dropped top tubes you are likely to find most Cubes will be OK
