Part no. on freehub takes me straight to Reynolds parts, but I know that can also be a variety of hubs and freehubs.

#1-4X1P/3-B
4 pawls
The free hub looks identical, but I would rather buy a few pawls than a £60 freehub assembly if I can...
Be easier with a decent photo Matt
Take the freehub off and a photo of the end of it please
Proper daft suggestion but will Hope pawls and springs fit? They are about 10 quid (I think)...
No, it's wider than Hope...

Agreed! its the worst pic ever

I'll get a better pic when I'm back from the Christmas Family Tour of the UK.
If same spacing them the Hope pawls might do as a temporary fix until a proper solution is found...maybe...
Same spacing for the teeth, I mean...suspect it might be deeper so you won't get full width contact of pawl.and teeth...but it might work if you can't get the right parts.
Dangnanmit. It is new freehub and bearings time. Anyone seen this before? I've seen a freehub or hub shell crack or chip, but never a pawl driven through both freehub and bearing...It also explains why I'm struggling to get the axle out. ?
Thighs of Steel.
Wow
Impressive.
I'd just get a new hub or complete wheel. Something with parts easily available.
This may help if your wheels are on the list

As said just buy a new hub or wheel, pref Hope or DT Swiss for ease of parts and fixability
Sadly it's an Orange OE wheel and they haven't replied yet. I think I need to allow them to get back to work and see if a reply is helpful. It seems that Reynolds and Sun Ringle have same basic hubs, often sold as OE and regularly slates for random breakages...
I've a DT Swiss in the shed which could be rebuilt, or Shimano XT new (£60)....I'm erring that way at the moment.
From what I can see it looks like a GW freehub, which Reynolds used from 2017-2023 and it comes on a few wheelsets.
We won't have any stock for another couple of months but you may find some online.
Thanks to Rupert at Upgrade Bikes for the speedy help - https://www.upgradebikes.co.uk/
Confirmed that the Orange Bikes OE wheel set is indeed a Reynolds hub of some kind.
But lack of parts and some reviews online suggesting it's a weak freehub means I'm going to bite the bullet with a different hub...
