These following options
Tapered head tube
69 degree head angle (ish)
Can take a 120 mm fork
Can take a rigid fork
Top tube in the region of 610 mm can be a bit more
Stand over lowish
The frame can take tyres upto 29er 2.4 but also schwable big apples and slicks
Can run a front derailleur minimum 2 X 10 but ideally a triple crankset
Is light, not 6lbs frame ideally something less than 5 lbs
Is fairly comfortable, and compliant.
Uses trail/ xc / bike touring and general training on roads linking bridleways

Oh my forks are 120 mm DT Swiss that will go on it and other bike is a Yeti sb 95 weighing 30 lbs.....really great bike but would like something lighter

Cotic Solaris - has a 68deg head angle but ticks everything else.
In true STW style, it's what I have. With X-Fusion forks, reverb post it is 12.7Kg. Currently I've a set of rigid carbon forks and non-dropper post and it comes in at 11.3Kg. Note that these are real world weights, i.e. with pedals, etc. I've also got a set of B+ wheels that fit - this is a Mk1 BTW. Usage is mainly long distance stuff, bikepacking, XC with occasional trail centre but I also used it in the Alps for a week.
Every time I look at getting another bike I realise that the Solaris can do it, so N+1 is just a dream 😳

I was going to say Solaris too, with a '100mm' rigid fork the head angle would be 69deg. There's also the Pipedream or the Snaderson.
Most of the rigid options (Swift, El-Mariachi, Karate Monkey) are designed for a 100mm fork, so I think your solution will have to be a 120mm frame and a separate rigid fork.

As said, the solaris is pretty close (yes, I own one). I've had a 2.4 ardent in with a triple although I think I did file a bit of one of the older shimano front mechs off for clearance. To be honest I haven't felt much need to put such a big tyre in since and I'm not sure you'd want to in the mud. I seem to remember hearing the new model had slightly better clearance but that may be an outright lie.
Mine has a 100mm fork most of the time, I've ridden a friends with 120, both are fine, the difference is about what you'd expect. Occasionally fit it with a rigid krampus fork, that also works more or less as you'd expect.

SC highball would be 69.5% with a 120 fork, but I think you would be inbetween sizes with a 610 toptube, worth checking out though.

You are pretty much describing the modern XC frame. SC Highball and a Chinese copy of a Scott Scale are what I have for pretty much exactly the same requirements. The SC HB is tidy in SS mode too 🙂 I am 5'9'' and have a Large in both (80mm slammed -17 on the SC HB, 90mm slammed -17 on the Chiner Niner for whatever that is worth 🙂 )
You might also find it more helpful to size by stack and reach as ETT will vary with STA for example and will mess up how it feels and fits. If you have something you know fits well (preferably another HT as things get a bit tricky comparing a HT to full sus) then scrolling right to the second spreadsheet [url= http://bb2stem.blogspot.co.uk/ ]here[/url] is tremendously helpful.
I've got a Solaris and my missus has a Parkwood. Both great bikes but very different rides. My Solaris started life with a 2x10 setup but clearance with the mech was minimal, had to do some filing. Also had a 2.4 Schwalbe Hans Dampf on the back but this rubbed the stays under load, a 2.4 Ardent went on fine but I've since replaced it with a High Roller II which has bags of clearance. It's a great bike and is capable of handling everything I've ever thrown at it. It's incredibly comfy on long rides and is a blast to throw around. However, in terms of pure grin factor and value for money the Parkwood smashes it. It's so much more responsive and snappier than the Solaris, the geo is bang on point. My missus bought the launch spec so it's full Shimano with a Revelation and reverb for £999. Bargain of the century, had some issues with the paint rubbing off on the top tube very early on but as she said "it ain't no garage queen." It's nowhere near as comfortable for me as my Solaris because of a.) Material and b.) Sizing but both are cracking bikes.
