the end of Climachx!

Always worth a shuttle or two back up to the radio mast (Or take a car to the top if you're feeling really lazy!)

I gotta admit its one of the best and most challenging sections i have rode, loved the first section of rocks so nearly cleared it 🙁 and the rest of it is just Gnarr
Stayed at a place called Llety Ceiro Guesthouse inbetwween the two centres with clean good size rooms for £65 a night
Rode The Syfydrin Trail yesterday which also was awesome (Buzz we missed the Red Kytes feeding but saw a fair few floating on the updrafts)
great weekend just a pants drive,

I wasnt that impressed with ClimachX - dont get me wrong, it wasnt bad, but I only really enjoyed the last decent.
Syfydrin however is fantastic! 2 rides in 1 really. Some "out there" XC and great views, and then back to the trail centre riding with some beautifully flowing singletrack (How good is Mark/mask of Zorro!), shame its then got the worst ever climb back up...

@GEOFF1

Where did you drive from? Surely once in Wales nowhere is a 'pants drive'! The A44 is uber fun, likewise the A 470 and the A 483. And as for the tiddly roads, well 🙂 🙂 🙂

^ lol ambrose
Forgot to mention when looking for acomadation for Nant Yr Arian give The George Borrows hotel a miss.
We stayed Friday night after a nice(not) rainy drive from Bristol.
Hotel was dirty and the toilet was straight out of a caravan which stunk of piss 🙁 and as for the bike storage lucky we had a van!
Unless you like to leave 5k of bikes in a rickety old shed
