I have no medical conditions but after a friend finding a guy on a bike who had had a heart attack and with no ID I thought perhaps something would be good.
I normally have my phone and the lock screen has ICE contacts but something non electronic seems sensible.
What do people use?
I've got one of these:

I asked this question recently (I think) and the best answer was just to print a sticker and put it on your phone case as it's not electronic and you are more likely to remember it than a wrist band
Also useful when playing basketball outside of the school when a couple of guys who are upto no good start making trouble in your neighbourhood.
I printed a few cards off with my ICE info and laminated them. One in wallet, one in phone case, one in back pocket when ride.
I have a RoadID and another similar one with my Parkrun bar-code on it. They have my name, ICE contact and blood group. No idea if they're of use in an emergency as I've, thankfully, never had to test it, but it offers some reassurance to me and my wife. I forgot it a couple of times when I first had it but once you're in the habit it's just part of your riding kit. It works better for me than a phone or wallet based solution as when I run I carry neither.
LOL @ Spoon, thanks.
A 🙂
My wife suggested I got chopped at the same time as the cat.
Bonus advantage, if you forget the key, you can get in through the cat flap

I didn't think vasectomys were quite that brutal.
