by guys looking for any pointers where to get good deals on the above (in title) just about used all mine up now had the EZFuel tablets which were ok but had the, in bulk about 6 tubes for £11. Which have lasted great . Do the powders last longer as I a, doing a lot of turbo indoor work and outdoor riding and we all know how important it is to replace the electrolytes while riding . Any heads up or advice would be most welcome . Cheers guys

The cheapest I've seen are the Wiggle own-brand ones, but the  taste is somewhat variable.

serious question - whats the difference  between sport electrolyte drinks and Dioralyte?

I'd naively assumed they were actually the same...

If you are doing an extreme level of exercise in hot weather.

A normal diet should do it fine 99% of the time
