I have been looking at a hybrid bike so that i can get out for a quick blast without all the mud ,bike washing lubing etc ,so what should i be looking at a steel frame or ally and forks which will eliminate some of the pot holes etc carbon ,steel or ally ? most top tube lengths look a little short for me at 6 6" my current bike has a 653 tt and 60mm stem ,popular hybrids come in at 620 in xl any advice appreciated
