Anyone got them yet?

I'm looking for something like WTB Riddlers but not made from cheese

Oh they look good. Probably going to need a new rear having just put about 8 cuts in my WTBs and failing to plug, then patch the largest slice.

Big fan of Hutchinson tyres though those might be a bit wide @ 40mm.

Anyone know what the hardskin puncture protection is like on their tyres?

They do tan walls too. 😎

Superb. Had the 40mm on for a month and well impressed. They're lightning quick and seem pretty robust so far. I'm using them tubed but am tempted to try without as they're so much easier to fit than the WTB nano and resolute they replaced. Bead seats very easily. No issues on South Downs except they're too fast! Keep it under your hat though, don't want everyone knowing the truth behind my new found pace!

@wait4me - thanks.

I know it's been dry recently but have you tried them on soft/muddy trails?

No, bone dry. Think they'd be pretty limited in mud or even on wet grass. I'll be putting the WTBs back on.

This isn't helping my want to spend money on new summer tyres, can't decide between these, Vittoria Terano Dry or just keep my cheap as chips CX Comps.

Hardskin on their MTB tyres has been faultless for me over a 2yr period. Whilst I don't tend to be hard on tyres, I'm happy with that.

Tubeless setup always very simple as well.

I  like the WTB Riddlers when they're not puncturing on thorns or random stuff. I run with tubes though. The thought of a similar tyre with a slightly better grip and puncture resistance is very appealing.
