Hi all,
ive just put a HUNT Trail wide freehub back together but I can’t get the rubber seal to stay in (seal between the freehub and the hub pawls) it keep popping out which means that muck can get in. Any advice ?

I sympathise I am currently running without a seal on shimano freehub. Awful fitment, however the seal on sram freehub was far better and fits with little effort.

Mine are a bit of a fiddle but the seal just pops in with a small screwdriver, certainly not difficult enough to require running the wheel without the seal.
