My parents asked what i wanted for xmas last year (early for once) and i saw a raceface agent jacket for sale on the Silverfish website. Purchased it last October and received it for xmas. Job done.
I noticed when i was about to wash it last week some of the inner membrane seams were coming apart, and starting to rip. I did a live chat with silverfish on Thursday to explain this. Got told to fill out a warranty claim form and provide pics. Had an email back with a return address so they could inspect it.
Posted it on friday, arrived yesterday even with a bank holiday. I then received an email from Silverfish saying they have no more red jackets in stock, i can exchange for a black one or exchange for a new raceface conspiracy jacket in red. Opted for the conspiracy as i still wanted a red jacket.
New raceface conspiracy arrived today. 5 days (including bank holiday) from initial contact to receiving new jacket, great customer service.
Nice looking jacket, not a deep red like the agent but more of a rusty coloured red. Yet to try it outside properly, but more of a snug fit than the agent.
