should it be possible to go from 100mm x 12mm to 110mm x 20mm on a Hope Pro 4 hub using the Hope conversion kits?
it looks to me from the hope site that you can do one or the other but not both at the same time as in you can go 100x15 to 110x15 or you can go 110x15 to 110x20

Yes it can be done. In the days before boost the front hub standards were 100x15 or 110x20 and it is just an end cap swap between the two.
