Specifically Crossmax XL Pro 29 from about 2015/16?
Currently running 142x12 on the rear but due to upgrade looking to see if I can get QR adapters
Anyine know if they’re available or where I may find out?
A quick google search doesn’t reveal much

Don't you mean a down grade from 142 to QR? If you bought the wheels new you will have had the adaptors in litlle bags. I swap mine out depending on frame and season between 142x12 and old skool QR all the time. For my next trick I am about to experiment with spacers to get them into my new boost frame

Sorry yes I am upgrading my wheels so the current ones may step down to my singlespeed
Wheels bought second hand so no little
bag unfortunately but the new wheels are also Mavic so may have some.
Are they a standard fit across the range?

The Crossmax (bladed spoke versions) crosscountry range have 15mm front axle and 12 rear with adaptors to suit and to step down to QR. The XL wheels have 20mm front axle and 12 mm rear with adaptors to step down to 15 and QR front and QR rear. No idea about the wheels lower down the range. If you look on that link for the wheels you have/are getting it lists all the adapters that are available for those wheels

These are are the ones I have had sat in my spares box for a few years came with my Crossmax enduro wheels. Any good?
If you're replacing with 142mm Mavic wheels, you'll probably have QR rear adaptors which will fit the XLs in the box.
Have you checked?
In case anyone is reading this wanting adapters the other way, I.e. To 142x12 thru-axle, I have a pair in my spares box doing nothing.
Chakaping- haven’t got them yet. Hopefully collect tomorrow and I’ll see
