Morning... my google fu is weak this morning and can't track down any of these, except alu ones in the states...

Any links to a UK supplier with stock?

Get an alloy one, loads on eBay, or get yer lbs to order you a nice gold saint one like I did.

NBITF, thanks for that link but thats not the bit I'm looking for. Its the plakky insert that goes in the bottom bracket bearing rather than the crank end bolt... mine cracked as they all seem to do, when removing it to replace the bearing...

Good question! I've never managed to get one out/in in good enough condion to last more time than it takes to order and fit a new BB.

Maybe one of the 3D printer boys on here could knock out a batch. I'd miss out the barb on the top edge or put a couple of splits in to make fitting easier too.

Fwiw. Two leatherman style flat blade 2.5" knifes slid in from the sides and turned together.

I've not trashed many over the years.
