Hi all was wondering how to value a retro road bike build for insurance purposes

Figure how much you'd need to replace it with something you're equally happy with. Or ask retrobike.

Depends whether it's "retro" or just old. A 50's or 60's Colnago with all the original bits £10,000 - £20,000? A Falcon Strada* from the 90's or 90's, £25?

*nothing special, nice enough lugged 525 frame just happened to buy one a while back as it was cheap and my size.

Price up individual parts and record your sources (ebay whatever) would be my guess.
