Hi all,
I've ended up with a spare Charger 2.1 upgrade damper from an old Pike I bought that I'm looking to sell. Visually the Charger 2 and 2.1 dampers seem to be identical. I want to make sure it is in fact a 2.1 before selling it, so does anyone know a way of telling them apart?

Visually I don't think there's anything in the dampers, unless it's an ultimate 2.1 with HSC. Otherwise the diference was the tune and a redesigned rebound piston I recall.
Charger 2.1 turned up on 2020 model forks and charger 2 from 2018-2020 (model years). If you can ID the year of the fork it came out that might help - usually from the part number on the crown.
Feel like a bit of an idiot as I noticed the collar around the seal head is red on the 2.1 and black on the 2! Thanks for the help though. It was a non-boost pike so any 2/2.1 damper was installed aftermarket hence the ID problem!
