Does anyone have any experience in swapping a stem on a bike with Spesh FutureShock2 headset suspension system?

My GF has a bike with this and the stem is too long so id like to swap it for her.

Any recommended resources? Special tools required?

Thanks

Apparently you unscrew the top cap, loosen the stem bolts and remove it, just like a normal headset, but without needing to preload through the headset cap.

You can also Whatsapp Specialized directly and they'll answer for you. If you look on their website, they've got manuals available for most of their models too.

The top cap is purely decorative so remove that, loosen stem bolts and bins your mother's brother. Not sure if the size is the same as a normal stem though.

I looked at changing the stem on my Diverge STR but I seem to recall the steerer diameter is 25.4mm.  So I just made do with turning it upside down.

On my Roubaix it was exactly as Kramer says.
