[Closed] How to make a Friday even better...

I did intervals for 20 laps of Preston Park Cycle Track at lunchtime.

The view wasn't terribly inspiring.

Was out last night big bonus to come home and not have to wash ½tonne of mud off me bike!

If you're going to try to pull off the 1000 yard stare, needs more black and white, beard and road bike.

I'll let Cez know 😉 Wouldn't find me sitting on top of an Orange 5. It's gone funny sized wheels! No mud today really, even had a bit of dust on the down-tune.

Was lovely up there last night. Unfortunately work and kids prevented me from getting up there today 😥

Went for a quick lap of Whinlatter before work. First time I've been pre-work, it's definitely the way forward.

jealous, I was planning on heading out but had to change my gut busting 34:16 ratio on my SS for a slightly more usable 32:16, took it all apart only to find there isn't enough adjustment in my exzentriker for 32:16.....cue lots of swearing and putting the old ring back on followed by sulking.

Yup, CX intervals this afternoon... Sweaty it was, very sweaty 😀

Rode local trails with the bairn this morning on our BMXs then again in the afternoon after spending most of the morning in the Park. lovely and dry and sunny and nice and far away from Swindon. 8)

Found a fossil today, on closer inspection it turned out to be my singlespeed. Heading for the Tweed valley tomorrow and then Harrogate with Bike Track People for our first gig of the year. Enjoy the sun folks.

Did Newcastleton red yesterday.
Nice drive down in the mx5. Found 20 miles of amazing b road between Hawick and Newcastleton - even got a few drifts round the hairpins with the bike on the back haha.

What's the deal with Newcastleton anyway? How come you climb all the time but end up back at the same place? Had to stop for a sleep in the sun half way round!

@emsz - Malverns it is. I live between here and the Forest of Dean. Forest is still a bit manky but the Malverns are pretty damn perfect 🙂
