I’ve been thinking about whether I could get the little blip button and maybe even the controller box for the NXS wireless dropper kit into the body of a broken AXS reverb controller. I think the ergonomics of it would work better than a button mounted on the bar somewhere and I know that the AXS controller paddles just actuate a little button anyway so I reckon it could work.
The only problem is finding a broken AXS controller, it’s not something that people tend to advertise for sale as far as I can tell!
Does anyone have one they’d sell me? Does anyone have a good idea for how to find one apart from posting wanted ads and hoping? Does anyone have an idea for an alternative way to DIY a regular feeling dropper lever so it can actuate a little button?
Oh hmm, that's an interesting idea. I haven't seen that remount thing before but it might even work to just mount the single button bit onto it. It looks like they even do a matchmaker version which would keep the number of bar clamps down.
