Lifeline digital shock pump was leaking, both from where the rubber was crimped to the 90° elbow and where that entered the pump body. This same pump is sold under several different brands.
- Two-hole bolt may be unscrewed with needle-nose pliers. Moderate torque required to crack the threadlock.
- Replace two 2 mm cross section O-rings. Internal diameter 8 mm. £1.73 eBay, NBR Nitrile Rubber.
- Those new O-rings are an infinitesimally tighter fit, apply grease.
- Encase the leaking crimp in Araldite. Any epoxy would suffice, or CT1, or OB1. Perhaps even a smear of bathroom sealant.
- Reassemble with minimal hand-torque. The elbow still needs to swivel. Threadlock if available.
