Im umming whether to order an XX1/XO1/X1 groupset, and see that there are 2 QF types - 156 and 168. Now this means sod all to me, so what is it and how do i measure it? If it helps its to go on Cube Stereo 29er 140mm (2014 model), currently running XT 2x10.

Get the wider one, you're fairly likely to have clearance issues with the narrow one, it's very narrow.
