My 2007 Fox F100 fork has wear on the left (air spring) upper. The damper side is fine. It seems to be suffering from lack of maintenance!
My question is, at what point do i replace it. I don't want is to fold on me, i am 15 stone after all.

someone might pay £40-£60 for us on a hack type bike?
re the wear - usually it's just the coating that wears off - if you lay a steel rule down the stanchion and can see much air on the worn bits I'd be slightly worried - they're not the thickest of tubes to start with.
Having said that as long as only on of the stanchions snaps and it's inside the lowers when it does you'll probably survive 🙂
