I guess most folks can't be arsed to get the tape measure out to measure the post. It's not something I would know off the top of my head.

Why do you ask the question? You thinking of buying yourself a bike that's too small and run a hideously long seat post?

Ah, go on then, seeing as I'm superfussy about bike set up 😳

5'2"
28.5" in me Allstars
14.5"
4.5" clamp to rails (sorta midway compromise between efficient pedalling height and slammed - never move it and always set up the same regardless of whether it's a heavy-ass freeride bike or x/c hardtail - works for me).
