Hi chaps,

How much sag and progression are you running on your longer formed hardtails? Like 140mm hardtails.

Are you running more sag and more progression or less sag to keep the front end higher in travel?

Cheers!

Thats very personal.

More sag & more progression here.

120mm 650b Pike on my HT = 4 tokens, 55psi, 8 rebound, 6lsc. +/-.

Boing.

Depends.

How adjustable are your forks? Rebound helps to keep the front end riding higher.

So these days I ride a very progressive set up, that's softish - 22-23 percent sag. But I run the low speed rebound really open and the high speed rebbound pretty closed.

Nice and comfy, very rarely feels divey with a good bit of LSC added - and I hardly ever bottom out.

My forks feel about as perfect as they can get,
