Morning All
I have an ano black Heckler which is about to have a make over. I recently aquired a set of blue hubbed wheels and I think getting the headset and seatclamp re-anodosed blue to match would look nice too.
I'm aware of how easy it would be to go OTT with this, would getting the chainring bolts, brake mount bolts, lock on rings and shock bushes be going too far?
might be going a bit too far, as black and blue usually don't go so well together. To me, you could try some gold parts, to create a bit of contrast. If gold's not to your taste then maybe orange?
By the way, is it not cheaper in the end to buy an anodized seatclamp and headset?
Not at £90 odd for a CK headset its not lol
Personally I think the black and blue do go well together, each to there own and all that.
I have been thinking of getting the frame polished or rawed which opens up all manner of possibilities too.
