Maybe so, but at least walking gets the journey over quickly 🙂

Fit wide 42a tyres and you can get it across the ceiling as well.

cycling is not a thing to rush and get over quickly. it is to go slow and take in the surroundings.

Like a fool I took off my ghost granny ring a week before I went to the lakes
and its going back on for sure .

22x40 is a tad faster than my mate walks
If you are walking then its not a ride is it

Wasn't there something about not using a granny with a 40/42t in case it effed the freehub?

EDIT - Here on the One Up site under Can I use the OneUp Adapter Sprocket on a 2X10 setup?

'We don’t recommend using anything smalller than a 26T granny. With the extra torque you’re making we wouldn't want you to damage your freehub pawls.'

😐

That's actually a higher gear ratio than the normal bottom gear on a 3x10 26"! 😉

Surely ultimate case of fashion over function ?

There is a reason why double and triple chainsets exist.... 😀

I reckon I'd struggle to stay upright in that gear!
