Jez,
I'm only on 810km for the year and this is a big year for me!
20k this weekend btw around Afan.
good work that lot.
I only managed a measely 20k on zwift last night at 9pm when i realised i hadnt ridden all weekend......
But I did get max brownie points for 1 trip to the scrappies (175 quid up) and 2 trips to the tip , getting the underfloor heating working and redoing the tiles on the floor that had bossed.
but still not enough biking. Ibis is out tomorrow for a lap or 3 though 😀
201 miles.
102km round the Inner Cairngorm Loop(some of that was walking TBF)
I managed a 70km ride both days so way, way behind that lot!
I was quite pleased with 114km all off road with 1987m of climbing personally.
Difficult terrain at that - Coed Y Brenin round 2 of the black loops and my Snowdon up Llanberis and down the ranger path.
In the middle I did an uplift day at Antur Stiniog but haven’t included my minibus miles!
Zero - unless you count 5 mins of bouncing around after changing the volume spacer in my rear shock.
Just the 40 miles for me but I could have done 610KM if only I had the time
I rode the Dunwich Dynamo which was 188km / 116 miles. Left Hackney circa 20-00 Saturday night and arrived at Dunwich beach at 04-15 Sunday morning.
What a great event and atmosphere.
Managed about 30 miles. And 34 midge bites.
About 40 miles counting shopping trips. Les Gets dh and F1 pretty much knocked my schedule.
2 miles on the cargo bike, to and from the shops.
38km and 600m of climbing around the south Dales.
There may have been a pub stop too.
😎
About 50km with 1100m ascent, all off road. Not bad going for me.
610km makes my numbers look like a warm-up 🙂
About 170 miles for me. But it was a long weekend for me.
Rode from Dorking down to Eastbourne and back on a mix of road and off-road, taking in a tasty slice or two of the South Downs.
A truly magnificent 11.4km, none of it gravel so I'm winning! 😜
Since mid June I've been trying to average an hour a day on the bike. Harder than I expected, especially with all the windsurfing I'm doing. But as I'm getting fitter that's throwing a spanner in the works. Today I did a road ride to Ironbridge and back which used to take 4 hours. Lovely ride but according to Strava it took 3hrs 35. So, I'm now 25 minutes behind schedule!
201 miles. 12 hours moving time. 16.7mph av speed. Fun!
52 miles on my hardtail (with knobblies). My longest single ride to date, so I was quite chuffed with myself.
The last 20 miles or so I got absolutely soaked to the skin. Was warm though, so didn't really mind!
611km. Flippin' eck! 😲
