2012 model - can I put 2 20mm spacers in the air spring and get it down to 110mm travel or do I need new internals? If so what?
All advice welcomed. Thanks.

Ive got 2011 Sektors with the old solo air spring spaced down to 100mm so I think you should be fine.

Only problem is the damping feels faster with the higher spring rate.

I had a set of 2012 29er 140mm dual air revs, they came with 2 little black spacers to internally adjust the travel to either 120/130/140mm.

I might still have them in a box somewhere actually. I'll take a look later.

I spaced mine (Same year, 2012) down to 120mm, they'd go 110 easily enough.

Sounds like a goer then. I wasn't sure if something on the rebound/damper side might be too long.
Thanks for the input.

They went back together fine with a 20 and two 10s. Whether they work or not, I'll find out in a week or two.
