Either the bike is upside down or the cog is on the wrong side of the wheel.

Thanks guys. That BMX tool looks like it'll do the trick.
Its the unused freewheel on a flip flop hub 😉

The BMX tool will do the trick - I have one just like it. You'll need a 36mm spanner/socket or better still grip the freewheel tool in a vice and turn the wheel.
